BECOME A COACH WITH BVC!
We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Volleyball Head Coach and Assistant Coach to join Bounce VC for U15-U18 boys and girls for the 2025-2026 season. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the game, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment. The Head Coach will be responsible for developing and executing training plans, leading team practices, and managing game strategies, while the Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to support player development and assist with team management. Both positions require strong communication skills, dedication, and a desire to build a winning culture. Candidates will be asked to take part in a pre-screening telephone interview and will then be invited to attend an in-person interview if we feel this is for you and us.

Requirements on becoming a Coach:

Person in Authority checks must be completed prior to leaders commencing their role for the club and interacting with youth. PIA checks should be completed at the time of registration, please refer to VA's website for more information.

Head Coaches are required to have minimum TRAINED status at the Development Coach level (please check specific deadlines)
NCCP Workshop (Trained status) for 1st - 2nd Year Head Coaching and/or:

NCCP Evaluation (Certified Status) for 3rd Year or more Head Coaching at respective age class:

Development Coach Workshop TRAINED Status (Year 1, 2 HC - required for 14U/15U/16U/17U/18U)

Development Coach Evaluation CERTIFIED Status (Year 3+ HC - required for 14U/15U/16U/17U/18U)

All Head Coaches listed on any Provincial roster must meet the Head Coach NCCP requirements based on their circumstances.
